Risk assessment of shoot day

Actors and crew members could trip up over the equipment and injure themselves
Help them up and check injury

Equipment could cause a fire
Try to put the fire out or call the fire brigade and get away from the set asap
Check equipment is not being overused and is not overheating

Falling down staircase
Actors or crew could fall down the staircases
Check for injury and call for ambulance if required
Ensure everyone watches each other and walks down the stairs carefully

Drowning in Barbican lake
Actors or crew could drown in the lake at the Barbican centre
Call emergency number and get them to safety
Ensure everyone watches each other and walks around the Barbican carefully

Actors or crew could fall into the train tracks and get hit

Make sure everyone is careful and stands behind the yellow line

Actors or crew could get hit by a car when crossing roads during filming around the streets

Cross road safely, looking left and right, and not filming in the middle of the road with cars around
